THE PROGRAM

As a result of government incentives, a business will typically increase its cash flow and enhance its bottom line by approximately $68,000 per annum per 100-employees - also thereby potentially increasing its valuation.

 

Employees will typically also receive additional take-home pay. For example, an employee earning $36,400 per annum will receive approximately $1,110 on top of his or her annual salary.

WHY DOES THE GOVERNMENT WANT BUSINESSES TO IMPLEMENT THE PROGRAM? 

The program utilizes often overlooked provisions of the Affordable Health Care Act and is fully IRS compliant. The reason the government wants businesses to implement the program is because the health of the U.S. workforce has been in decline now for a number of years, and the cost of healthcare is rising at an alarming rate.

 

Today, nearly 60% of the U.S. population has at least one chronic illness, such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary heart disease, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, and depression.

 

Preventative health care has been shown to dramatically reduce rates of chronic illness, and will ultimately reverse the decline in the health of the workforce. This will result in less burden on health costs, reduced absenteeism, and increased productivity.
